EDUCATION: Bachelor degree, Diploma or Vocational but high experiences will be considered.
-EXPERIENCE :
1 years experience in the restaurant.
Experience in internationally reputable hotel.
-OTHER QUALIFICATION:
Communication: Good in English Communication. Chinese and others would be advantage
Computer Office: Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage
Good Personal Presentation, Not colour blind person, None contagious disease
1.Takes order and up selling effectively.
2. Serves food & beverage and clear plates & glasses according to prescribed service standards and
procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
3. Sets-up the tables as per restaurant standard set up.
4. Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures, service area and station.
5. To be knowledgeable on the different types of wines and it's proper service.
6. Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the restaurant.
